Dirty Rain

3 oz. decent gin
Rainwater Madeira
Sliver of lemon rind or Castelvetrano olive


Fill shaker with ice.

Pour tiny splash of Rainwater Madeira into glass and swirl to coat. Pour off Madeira into shaker. Put glass in freezer.

Add gin to shaker and stir/swirl/shake gently. Let sit for a few minutes.

Remove glass from freezer, strain shaker into glass, add lemon rind or olive. For a down-and-dirty version, add a float of olive juice.

Nice with olives, cheese, various salty snacks.
